Wow! Our Warriors raised $4,569.74 for this year’s Kids Heart Challenge!! This total far surpassed our goal, and we are very proud of their effort. Thanks to everyone for the support of this initiative to support the American Heart Association!
We are excited to announce that PTO is hosting a Mother-Son Night of fun at CMCSI on Friday, March 17th from 5:30PM-7:30 PM on the CMCSI Field/ Track. PTO will be sharing registration information.
This event is totally FREE for CMCSI mothers/ mother figures and their sons (students MUST be CMCSI students to attend- no siblings & no daughters, please) with the exception of food & snack costs. Hotdog Ninja and Frozen Frenzee will be at this event and food items may be purchased from them.
PTO also needs VOLUNTEERS! This means you, Dads! More information will be coming.
We look forward to seeing our Warriors at this special event! Please email cmcsi@gmail.com with questions!
As we approach Spring and warmer temperatures, please remember our CMCSI's dress code policy. The entire policy can be found in our CMCSI Parent & Student Handbook. Please see several reminders below:
1. Shoes must be worn at all times. No cleats or shoes with wheels are permitted. Rubber flip flops are discouraged as they often break during the school day. Tennis shoes should be worn on days students have P.E.
2. Halters, spaghetti straps, tube tops, and other beach-type attire should not be worn; even in the hot days of spring & summer.
3. T-Shirts advertising alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, drugs, gang affliation or inappropriate content are not allowed.
4. Hats and hoods may not be work inside the building except on designated "hat day."
5. Sagging or baggy pants are not allowed.
6. Shorts must be at fingertip length and/or no more than 6" from knee.
Parent feedback is very important to us at CMCSI. Each year the Georgia Department of Education asks parents to complete this survey to help schools continue to improve. Please complete the parent survey online at the link below (in English & Spanish). Thank you for your input!

Did you know that Zearn is an online application tool that your child is using at school but can also use at home. This online program is a great tool for reinforcing math concepts through pictures, visual models, and real-world examples. Students have access to Zearn through their LaunchPoint by going to go.hallco.org. Ask your students about Zearn today and encourage them to complete practice activities through Zearn at home.
Lunch Visitor Sign-Ups are available here.
Each student may have a visit for lunch 1 time per quarter to allow ALL students and parents this opportunity.
Please review the lunch visitor guidelines and available reservation time slots to sign up for a reservation that occurs during your child's grade level (Mark "Quantity: 1 for 1 reservation not number of visitors). Exact lunch times for each homeroom class may be viewed here. Contact CMCSI@hallco.org with questions.
Please view the Lunch Visitor Reservation information in Spanish linked here if needed.
Parents, when coming to have lunch with your child, please be sure and have exact change if purchasing a lunch for yourself. Adult lunches are $4 (cash or check only). The cafeteria cannot charge a student account, accept credit/debit cards or give change for large bills. We appreciate your help with this!

Do you need to make a payment or add funds to your child's food account? If so, scan the QR code to the right.
