Roadmap

As the project progresses beyond MVP, there are a number of features and additional stakeholders that will input into the next iteration of the product. A log of these, the roadmap, has been retained for future prioritisation.

Parking Lot

Throughout Discovery and later phases, the team has identified additional functions or processes that could be amended to add value to the overall vision. Though these may be out of scope for the project at hand, we want to capture these recommendations as they may be implementable through other means or could be enabled via a parallel or later project. Inclusion on this list does not necessarily mean the recommendation will be enacted but it does mean it is at least recorded.

1. Take a look at IVR - with a view to channeling callers to the correct number (ie so the agent doesn’t have to manually transfer them) and to channeling them to the website or automated payment line for calls about rent.
2. Take a look at all communications about rent - is Pay My Rent sufficiently promoted?
