HEAAT - Be the Spark!
WHO? The HACC Enterprise Applications Advisory Team (HEAAT) is a cross-functional workgroup that meets to discuss the use of the collegewide systems. Each division has representation on the workgroup.
WHAT? Our workgroup is a demonstration of HACC’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan and Core Values. This group is making decisions about how the College uses the Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other enterprise systems because they are the process owners who inform decisions about business processes, the cross functional implications of business process changes, and how the College systems are used to support those business processes.
WHY?
Mission: To improve the quality, accessibility, and functionality of enterprise systems to support the HACC community of students, faculty, employees, and administration.
Objectives:
Educate all stakeholders in best practices for maintaining high quality information systems
Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders and functional areas
Identify interrelationships of data and systems
Plan for ongoing sustainability of HACC’s enterprise systems
WHEN? Every other Monday at 11:00AM
WHERE? - The group meets via Zoom so you can join the conversation from your office without missing a beat.
HOW CAN YOU BE THE SPARK? While you might not be able to attend the meetings, you can still contribute your perspective and expertise! For more information, please reach out to the HEAAT representatives for your division.
