Kudos to the Library Public Services team for welcoming students back to campus to our new Learning Commons Library spaces.
Kudos to the Technology Loan Team: Mary Wallick, Kathleen Frederick, Zack Laurence, Borany Kanal-Scott and Bernadette Lynch for celebrating serving over 1,000 student with technology assistance. This was a complete team effort by all of the Library Public Services and User Support teams who began this project March 2020 when we first went remote. 1,010 students have been helped toward degree completion and success through the loan of computers, hotspots, webcams, MAC devices and calculators.

Kudos to the System Administration Team: Michael Brommer, Matthew Gibson, Cody Neff, Russ Shader, Trevor Stynes for quickly addressing, correcting and completing the recent increase of System Access Requests (SARs) leading up to the start of the Fall 2021 semester. The team completed over 60 SARs in the weeks leading into the Fall 2021 semester.
Kudos to the User Support team for settling into their new spaces in the Learning Commons areas and becoming more accessible to our students, faculty and staff. Also, kudos to the team for checking all classrooms on campus to ensure the technology was functioning properly prior to the start of the Fall semester. And I could not forget to thank the User Support and the Tech Loan team for their excellent work on the Technology Assistance Program. So much time is put into this initiative by both teams. Academic Coaching has seen 19 visits / Integrated Class Tutors have had 86 visits during designated hours / Facilitated Study Groups have received 78 visits / Teas Study Group has welcomed students for 99 visits / HACC's Online Writing Lab has reviewed 480 papers with 13 Zoom follow-up visits / Students have visited the Drop-in Session for Tutoring 599 times and received moderator support an additional 23 times / Students have made 689 appointments with tutors for evening hours and on Saturdays. Kudos to the OITLE team and Sean Beaver for the great job on completing the Simulator Lab. There were delays to equipment deliveries numerous times. However, when the simulators arrived, the team worked diligently to get them up and running in a timely manner.

Kudos to John Corrigan, Brian LaForme and Denys Pfeiffer for creating a budget development training PowerPoint presentation which included instructions on how to budget in HACC Web under the new One-College structure. They also provided other budget tools to division and department budget managers to aid in their preparation for the FY2022-23 budget.
