no rest. do the second workout

after completing the 2 workout rest for 3 mins
20 reps non stop
NO REST. DO THE SECOND WORKOUT
50 reps non stop
after completing 2 workout you can rest for 3 minutes
go outside of your house
sprint 5 minutes
jog 3 minutes
sprint 5 minutes
jog 3 minutes
then you're done
