Word of advice, in a scenario where your food gets overcooked or burnt:
Do NOT let your food get overcooked or burnt.
Good luck!
Ingredients:
1 Egg
4 Slices of ham
Frozen corn and peas (any other vegetable is also fine, handful of each)
Sunflower oil (2 tablespoons)
Soy sauce (4 Tablespoons)
Steamed rice (300g)
Recipe:
Cut the ham into tiny square pieces (1cm squared).
Preheat the frypan on medium heat. Add sunflower oil and spread it around the pan.
As soon as oil had been spread, put all of the sliced ham into the pan. Fry and mix the ham for no longer than 1-2 min.
Crack the egg into the pan and immediately scramble it using the spatula with ham.
Add handful of corn and handful of peas into the pan and mix it again for 3 min.
Add steamed rice and pour soy sauce and keep mixing everything in the pan until all of the rice turns brownish.
The meal is finished.
Ingredients:
For couscous
One cup of couscous (60ml)
One cup of kettle-heated/boiling water (60ml)
Salt (half of teaspoon)
Small size of butter (2cm x 2cm x 2 cm).
For tenders
Chicken fillet/breast (300g)
Bread crumbs (100g)
1 Egg
Salt & pepper (1 teaspoon each)
Olive oil (Half of glass cup).
Recipe:
Add couscous into the small glass pot. (MAKE SURE THE POT HAS A LID)
Boil the water using a kettle. Once boiled, immediately add a cup of boiled water into the pot.
Add salt and mix it for several seconds. Close the pot with the lid.
Wait 10 mins. Then, add butter and mix it thoroughly for the butter to spread.
Couscous is ready.
Cut the chicken breast into several slices. (1cm thick)
In a small bowl, crack an egg. Add salt and pepper and mix it all together.
Take the slices and dip them into the egg mix. Then take these slices out and coat them with the breadcrumbs, creating a layer of crumbs on the slices.
Heat the frypan and add the oil.
Place the slices into the frypan. Once one side turns into golden colour, flip the slice and repeat. Take out the slices that have fully been fried.
The tenders are ready.
Note: Couscous can be messy, so be careful when using utensils! I suggest using a spoon to eat it.

ALSO! You can alter the recipes if you wish so. I don't care if it's my recipes, they are not even mine! Do anything! Be crazy! Add some spices or something. Do it just as long as you have a creative mind, cooking experience and have a phone ready to dial 995 if anything goes wrong.
