DESCRIPTION: The Progress Report is a summary which identifies the student’s overall progress towards achieving the social emotional goal specified in the student’s individual IEP detailing the student’s overall mood, communication, appearance, emotional status, mental stability, interventions, and response to treatment interventions.
The Progress Report should include input and feedback from stakeholders (i.e.: student’s general education and/or special education teacher, school psychologists, etc.).
FREQUENCY: At the end of each academic semester and, on an as needed basis depending on individual case and circumstance.
SUBMISSION: To be submitted upon completion.
