DESCRIPTION: The Case Disposition is similar to the Progress Report but is more detailed as it entails:
a) The RS Counselor’s perspective whether the student met the current social emotional goal identified in the IEP (should include input and
feedback from other stakeholders);
b) Identifies the student’s current behaviors, stressors, emotional stressors, etc. which are impeding the student’s ability to learn, if any;
c) Identifies new social emotional goal(s); or
If no concerns, makes recommendation for discontinuation of services.
FREQUENCY: Annual IEP, Amendment IEP, Triennial IEP, and/or on an as needed basis depending on individual case and circumstance.
SUBMISSION: To be submitted upon completion.
