Mental Health America Changing Thoughts with an AI Assistant (CBT Reframing Tool)
The VeryWell Mind Podcast (Spotify)--a combination of mental health tips and strategies, and interviews with well-known people around mental health topics. Hosted by a mental health professional, new tips and strategies are added in weekly 5-10 minute episodes. Interview episodes are typically 30 minutes or longer.
Tips and Skills for Mental Health and Emotional Well Being: This is a self-help blog for college students from Ohio State's Counseling and Consulting Center, authored by a psychiatrist and the archives cover a wide variety of topics. The blog updates roughly monthly.
NPR's Joy Generator: Research shows that 30 minutes daily of joy (like cute puppy videos!) are good for you. Who knew?

The Greater Good Science Center: Out of UC-Berkley, the GGSC "studies the psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of well-being and teaches skills that foster a thriving, resilient, and compassionate society."

Veteran Crisis Line: 800-273-TALK (8255), Press 1 or text 838255. Confidential, 24/7 support for veterans experienced emotional distress or considering hurting or killing themselves. You don't have to be enrolled in VA benefits or health care to connect.
Stay Alive app: Based in the UK, there are good resources on building a safety plan and a wellness plan. This is not in place of getting emergency help! This can be used if you feel that there might be an urgent situation building as an attempt to divert and safety plan. You can download it to your phone or use it in a web browser. Remember to look at the "international" and "online" resources (instead of the local ones) since it's based overseas.
