Privately disclose your disability by completing our Welcome Form HERE.

Step 2: Provide Documentation

Documentation should include evidence of your disability and how it impacts your functioning.

Step 3: Complete Intake Appointment

Meet with ARC Director to discuss your accessibility needs. 

Specific Applications: Housing or Emotional Support Animals (ESA)

Students who need housing and emotional support animal accommodations must submit additional documentation. Use the buttons below to learn more and apply.
