• Reach out to your CAPE advisor with questions about your classes, career goals, and mentor support

• Ask your Resident Advisor (RA) or Community Director (CD) - they are great with connecting students to support and housing support

• Make sure you bookmark the current students page - it is filled with tools, links, and resources

• Talk with your First Year Seminar (FYS) instructor or your faculty - we value relationships at Guilford and your faculty want you to come to their open office hours (they are posted in your syllabus).

• Read your syllabus again (seriously, if you have a question about your class or work, the answer is probably in there!)

• Don't forget about Canvas

• Check your email every single day. I

• Meet with a counselor for trouble with transitions, homesickness, mental health concerns, and counseling services (all free, of course)
