Intake Appointment - Finalizing Accommodation Plans
Students should schedule an intake appointment after registering with SDAS and providing supporting documentation.
Phone Consultation (15 minutes)
Choose this if you have questions before registering, want to discuss documentation requirements, or cannot meet in person or via video.
Follow-up & Ongoing Support
Choose this if you are already registered with SDAS and need to update your accommodations or resolve accessibility issues.
