All Band and Colorguard students must complete their athletic clearance BEFORE the start of Band Camp.
Students will not be able to participate without their clearance.

• Students need a current physical first!

• A PARENT must create an account at AthleticClearance.com to clear their student athletes. You will need to create a “new clearance” for each sport you participate in, every year. Do not print out the consent form from a previous season as you will NOT be cleared without entering “new clearance” information, even if you have already participated in that sport in a prior season.

• Once the online process is complete, an email confirmation will be generated, which BOTH the student and parent must sign. The signed confirmation and physical forms need to be turned in to the Assistant Principal’s office. Only students who provide both documents will be cleared.
