New Student & Continuing Student Enrollment


To expedite your enrollment, please make sure your student is registered with the Grossmont Union High School District.

All of the following items must be submitted to Mount Miguel High School before starting school in the Fall.

A. Proof of Residency- Click Here to view a list of acceptable address verification forms.

B. Birth Certificate- This is to verify your student's legal name and age.

C. Immunization Records- Incoming students should have a Hepatitis B and Tdap booster shot.

D. Copy of Student's Independent Education Plan (IEP), if applicable

E. Legal Documents, if applicable

Documents can be dropped off between the hours of 7:30am-2:30pm or electronically scanned to Jocelyn Yerena at jyerena@guhsd.net
