Make a Google Folder

Step 1:

Create this Google Folder in your Biology class

Use this video tutorial to help you move proof of hours into the folder (ex. PDF's, screenshots, videos, photos, etc.)

Move Files into the Folder

Step 2:

Add to this every time you complete hours

Track your hours by updating this form after each volunteering event, extension learning, internship, certification, or CPR class.

Documentation Form

Step 3:

Update this all 3 years in the Health Pathway

Submit your Google Folder during the spring semester of your senior year, so that you can be certified as a Gold, Silver or Bronze Completer.
