The convergence of our expertise in radio communication technologies, networking, sensor technologies, and IoT, along with the advancements brought by the emerging 5G NR (New Radio) technology, which supports the forthcoming 5G mobile services and fulfills the communication requirements of Industry 4.0, has driven us towards the research and development of network-controlled robotic systems.

The Cloud Robotics Research Group operates within the HSN Lab at the Department of Telecommunications and Artificial Intelligence (TMIT), Faculty of Electrical Enginnering and Informatics, Budapest University of Technolog and Economics (BME), Hungary.
