Macdonald School received a cheque for $20,000 from our Crop for Community Fundraiser!! On behalf of Macdonald School, we give a very big THANK YOU to the organizers and contributors of this project. Crop for Community has been a huge contributor to our school since 2014. We have been able to get our students the "above and beyond" of what we are provided for budget by the government. Over the years, this has contributed to our Beautiful Playground, Outdoor Classroom, Literacy/Numeracy/Writing and Learning Improvement Plan goals, Classroom furniture, Special Programs, Athletics, Technology (smartboards, tv's, chromebooks, ipads), Leo Valan Learning Commons, Classroom Renovations. The list is growing. Many of the school improvements are thanks to this project. To our volunteers, our farmers, organizers, businesses, Sharpe's, and Mosaic both in the past and in the present - we sincerely THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
