Consistency builds trust. Regular meetings create structure and help youth know they are supported and valued.
Minimum Requirements
Meet at least once a week during school terms.
Offer one-on-one support as needed.
Ideal
Provide holiday programming.
Adjust for youth schedules (e.g. weekend classes) while maintaining consistency.
