Minimum Requirement
Understand barriers to school attendance or success.
Provide homework support or tutoring where possible.
Collect academic progress reports (grades and exams).
Ideal
Celebrate learning in all forms—academic, vocational, and creative.
Help youth identify strengths and alternative learning paths.
