SAMI TRIBE
The cuisine of the Sami people consists of using reindeer blood for making blood sausages as well as blood pancakes. A stew called Bidos is served at special occasions. It involves slow-cooked reindeer meat, potatoes and carrots. Some other specialities are boiled reindeer eyes and tongue. The Sami food is often sustainable and diminishes the current food waste.
