We follow the Ministry of Education national guidelines to prepare and support students and their whānau as we work towards transition from school to the community and workforce. Click the link button below for more information:
For those students working through transition beyond secondary school we will use the following SPEC modules. From Communication will be 'Being a Good Citizen'. From the Transition bracket will be 'Preparing to Leave Home. There is scope for individual interest modules also.
