Connecting with the people around us, moving, nourishing and appreciating our bodies can help us feel happier and healthier. We have lots of fun ideas for small things that you can include in your daily life - from playing a board game in the evening, to getting active outdoors. !
Toy Theater is a collection of interactive educational games. They are free and are designed to work on desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices. And they are FUN!!!
Make a list of the food you enjoy. Identify the recipes you can make yourself. Take photos or video your effort to follow the recipe.

Make a list of objects that can be found around the house/property. Give everyone a checklist and over the week see what can be found. Tick it off the list when you find it.
E.g. lemon squeezer, potato peeler, laundry basket, bucket, tea container, coffee container, chipped piece of crockery, hat, recipe book, candle, a ruler, an empty food tin, gumboots, ornament etc.
You can add anything that is particular for your home. Video if you choose.
