CURRENT Students - Transcript Requests
Once you have finished your college application, log into your Schoolinks account (through the Backpack/Student Portal)
See your School Counselor for assistance if needed.
DO NOT request transcripts for any Common App or SendEdu applications through Naviance.
Counselors automatically submit your transcript through these specific portals when you add them as a recommender.
How to Request an Official Transcript for a Common App College Application
Log into Schoolinks and click on the Colleges menu icon.
See your School Counselor if you need help with this prior to the steps being provided here....
How to Request an Unofficial Transcript for Personal use, Scholarships, etc.
Log into Schoolinks via your Student Backpack Account by clicking on "Education Apps" then selecting Schoolinks. You will then need to log in using your Google school account. This should only have to be done once.
The first time you log in to Schoolinks, you will need to complete the Onboarding process which is taking a Personality Assessment called "Find Your Path". This will only be required once.
From the homepage of Schoolinks, click on the "School" (apple icon) option on the left side of the screen. Then click on "Transcript Request".
You can then read the help article "Sending transcripts to non-college destinations" or simply click "Get Started" (green bubble)
Click the "download arrow icon" to download your transcript for yourself.
To send it someplace else click on "Request a Send", then click the download arrow to select of of 4 options (NCAA Eligibility Center, Email Address, Mailing Address, or College Address). Then, type the required information (email address, mailing address, name of reciever or organization). Then click on "Send Transcript".
Please request these early enough to be processed before your deadline! (3-5 days)
