Enrollment Steps:


Step 1: Complete Online Enrollment

Please complete the parent enrollment online by clicking HERE. Instructions can be found HERE. FAQ can be found HERE.


Step 2: Complete Registration Forms 

Grade level registration forms can be found under the Helpful Documents tab. Once completed, please email to Marianne Childers (email above) or deliver to the school after step one is complete.


Attention: Non-accredited Public, Private, and Homeschools 

Click HERE for important information about what has to to occur for credits to be accepted from these transcripts.  

Additionally, if you are withdrawing and planning to enroll into a homeschool or private school, you need to read and sign the withdrawal letter click HERE to download it.

WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

Moving Out of District

Parents must email the Registrar, Marianne Childers at: mchilders@greenville.k12.sc.us, to withdraw their student. If a student is moving and will be attending another school outside of Greenville County, parents should request the new school to fax an official records request form on school letterhead to 864-355-9134. Records will be forwarded to the student’s new school upon receipt of the official records request form.

Additionally, if you are withdrawing and planning to enroll into a homeschool or private school, you need to read and sign the withdrawal letter click HERE to download it. 

Moving Within District

During the summer, parents are not required to come in to withdraw their student. If a student is moving and will be attending another school within Greenville County, parents should request the new school to fax an official records request form on school letterhead to 864-355-9134. The student will be “No Showed,” so the receiving school may electronically enroll the student. The student will be “No Showed” and permanent records will be forwarded to the student’s new school upon receipt of the official records request form. Due to state reporting guidelines, no phone call or email requests will be accepted.

Alumni Transcript Requests/Diploma Replacements

Submit the following items via email to Marianne Childers at: mchilders@greenville.k12.sc.us
