Meet Mrs. Nicholls

Hello! My name is Laura Nicholls and I am excited to be your child’s fifth grade teacher at Woodland Elementary. I grew up in New England and received my Bachelors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Upon graduating, I moved to Texas and began my teaching career with Teach for America.  I spent 8 years teaching 2nd – 5th grade in Houston.  I received my Masters of Education from Houston Baptist University.  

In 2018, my family relocated to Greenville where I had the privilege of joining Woodland Elementary. My husband and I are enjoying raising our two children Brooklynne (9) and Benjamin (5) in this wonderful area. I look forward to a fantastic year.
