Cloer
Hello! My name is Alexandra Cloer and this is my tenth year of teaching 5th grade at Woodland Elementary. I grew up in Seneca, South Carolina and graduated from North Greenville University. My family means the world to me and when I'm not in the classroom I love playing sports, crafting, hanging with my family, and much more.
I love the game of basketball.
I love hiking and anything outside.
I have two siblings that are my absolute best friends.
Romania has a big piece of my heart and is one of the main reasons I chose to teach. I have visited Cehu Silvaniei, Romania for seven summers working in the community, orphanage, and medical clinics. During my several trips to Romania, I came to the realization that teaching is what I am called to do. Working with the orphans, teaching them English, and investing in their lives gave me the desire to continue educating others.
We quickly become a family because we make a promise to value classroom community and respect each other. Building life long relationships with my students is something I am very intentional about and I feel so grateful to play such a small role in their journey. Once my kiddos, always my kiddos.
