Construction

Construction is one of the main aspects of HATO and we take great pride in them.

These regulations do not cover all scenarios on how to be a moron so we encourage you to use common sense.

• When placing down an item, they are lethal. Using blocks to damage people or property will result in a blacklist from HATO.

• You should not be placing random objects around the map. Make a proper structure or don't build at all.

• Anything built on the road will require 2 signs for both directions.

  • 300 meters away - Reduce Speed

  • 50 meters away - Reduce Speed Now

  • You may add additional signs to fit the construction.

• Always value your life and block off construction in progress with your vehicle.

• You are not allowed to build in Kavala without the authorization of a SOOC+.

Partial Road Closure

Partial road closure blocks off the road partially (in case you were wondering). This is the best method to use for scenarios such as a fallen tree on the road, broken down building or whatever is blocking one lane of the road.

• Does not require authorization from anyone and can be done by any J/O+.

• You should always try to place the barriers smoothly to avoid a deathly collision.

Full Road Closure

Should be avoided when possible. Sometimes the scenario will require it and there are some rules to ensure the best outcome.

• Unlike Partial Road Closures, a full road closure can not be left unattended and should be removed when logging off/leaving the area.

• You are not allowed to block off any of the major roads. (This falls under the common sense part mentioned earlier)

• Requires authorization from SOOC+.

Checkpoints and other major structures

• Can not be left unattended. Pack it up once you're leaving.

• Requires authorization from T/O+.
