The Highways Agency has a large fleet of vehicles that can be used by traffic officers to patrol the highways and conduct day-to-day operations. Are you sick of carrying around jerry cans? If so, the Fuel Truck is your perfect companion. It's filled to the brim with fuel and can be used to fuel up nearby vehicles. It's basically a gas station on wheels. Driving around with this much fuel does have a downside however. The fuel truck is quite a bit more fragile and has a tendency to explode a lot quicker than other vehicles. Avoid accidents and bullets at all cost!
Do you know what's even better than impounding a vehicle? Strapping it onto the back of your truck and driving it off into the sunset, of course! The HEMMT Flatbed allows you to do just that. Once you've found a vehicle to transport away just lockpick it, drive it up to your truck and select the "Load Vehicle" option. Make sure the vehicle isn't too big or heavy, though.
Sometimes even the fastest car isn't fast enough. When responding to emergencies that are too far away from your current location, or out in the middle of nowhere, the M900 helicopter is the perfect choice. Don't expect to carry much equipment though - it's agility doesn't leave much room for tools.
