Promotions within the faction are determined through a structured and balanced system designed to reflect both commitment and performance. This system primarily applies to the progression between the ranks of ISU through to SOOC, covering a total of four ranks. The main factors considered are total in-game time and the amount of time that has passed since a member’s last promotion, ensuring that progression remains fair and consistent across all members.
In addition to time-based criteria, feedback plays a significant role in the decision-making process. This includes both internal feedback from fellow faction members and leadership, as well as external input submitted through the public feedback form. Positive contributions and professionalism can support promotion, while repeated negative feedback may delay or prevent advancement.
Experience and recent activity are also carefully reviewed, with particular attention given to how members handle their duties and any reports they have been involved in. Together, these elements ensure that promotions are awarded not only for time served, but for overall performance, conduct, and contribution to the faction.
