Healthcare Provider Resources

The above clinics can be used as resources for sick visits, immunizations, sports physicals, specialty referrals (including service lines such as endocrinology, pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, allergy/asthma, mental health, etc.) and may also provide in-house services such as lab work, x-rays, and vision/hearing exams. Please feel free to contact your school nurse if you need assistance in scheduling an appointment or arranging transportation.
