Jazz I is the premiere jazz ensemble at GHS.  Auditions are held in the spring for the following school year.  Every student must re-audition every year in order to maintain and earn their spot in the jazz band.  Jazz I performs at both Jazz Concerts and the Winter Band Concert as well as a couple clinics/festivals each year.

Jazz II is the non-audition Jazz ensemble at GHS and is open to any GHS student who wants to play and learn about jazz.  Jazz II is student led and has no limit to roster size.  They play at both Jazz concerts and the Winter Band Concert.
