Necessary supplies for the school year, general information, helpful links and resources for specific subjects, etc. can be found on this website. However, students need to log in to their Google Classroom to find more specific information pertaining to projects and assignments, to submit any electronic assignments, and to view their graded work. Students are encouraged to refer to the website and their Google Classroom on a daily basis.

Our Google Calendar will be available on this site and in our Google Classroom. This will be used extensively as an organizational tool for students. All students will be required to refer to the calendar on a daily basis for information on projects, assignments, tests, important events, etc. Parents/guardians should check in on a daily basis to help their child stay on track. Parent/teacher communication and other items of interest or concern should be communicated electronically via e-mail rather than sending a note in your child's planner. This way, I will receive all time sensitive information right away.

Checking our Google Classroom daily is critically important. Students will be able to get announcements about upcoming events, see assignments in detail, receive and hand in assignments, get feedback about their work, and receive graded work. Parents/Guardians can follow their child's assignments and have the option to subscribe and receive weekly summaries of their child's progress in Google Classroom (you can also unsubscribe at any time if you choose). Students are asked to join Google Classroom during the first week of school using the codes provided in class. Please ask your child to show you the features of Google Classroom during the first week of school.

Students can work on documents, slides and spreadsheets, etc. on their own or virtually with group members. They can also e-mail me directly with questions they have at tv47487@gotvdsb.ca. Parents are also more than welcome to email me at this address as well.

Parents/guardians can now pay for items such as field trips, uniforms, year books, tickets, and so much more, online! Sign in to the Online Payment system if you are already a registered user.

Please complete all forms and permissions on the Parent Portal as soon as possible. If you do not complete these forms, particularly the permissions for internet and GSuite (Google Apps) use, your student will miss out on learning activities.
