Family Questionnaire

Parents/Guardians,

There isn't anyone in the world who knows your child as well as you do! Over the coming weeks and months, I will get to know your child and learn their strengths and needs, their favourite things, and those things that they really dislike. I wanted to give you the opportunity to share things about your child that you think I need to know, and that will help make your child's year in Buis 7 successful.

Student-Owned Electronic Device (BYOD)

If your child has access to their own laptop or Chromebook, they are encouraged to bring it to school to be used in the classroom. I understand that not all parents will be able to do this or are comfortable with personal technology being brought to school, so please use your own parental discretion, and let me know if you have questions/concerns. A Student-Owned Electronic Device (BYOD) form, which can be found by clicking the button below and on our school website, must be filled out prior to students bringing these items for their personal use.
