Team | Time Management
Create, edit, and approve timesheets.
Click Add Row to enter a new field for your timesheet.
Once a row is created, complete the following fields:
Type of work
Task
Group
Wage Type
Input hours
Click the Check icon to approve a row within a timesheet, or click the X icon to reject a row within a timesheet.
To edit current hours:
Click the vertical ellipsis
Click Edit
Adjust the row accordingly
Click the Check icon to complete entry
View the status of a timesheet. Status options include: Draft, Pending, Rejected, or Approved.
Click the Submit icon to submit a timesheet for review.
A pop-up box confirming you want to submit your timesheet will appear.
Click Submit.
Once your timesheet is submitted, its status will change to Pending.
You can see hour totals at the top of your timesheet.
To approve or reject timesheets, select the individual's timesheet.
A summary of the user's hours and work will be available at a glance.
Approve
Click Approve to approve the timesheet after review.
Reject
Click Reject to send the timesheet back to the user for revision.
If a timesheet is rejected, the status will appear as rejected to the user.
You can edit your timesheet by click the vertical ellipsis, clicking Edit, and adjusting hours and work accordingly.
Click Submit to send a timesheet for review.
