Inventory Portal Overview

Within Atom Inventory, users can view asset types, requirements, assigned work orders, cost, priority, and more. Depending on their permission level, users can create new assets/inventory information from their desktop, tablet, and/or mobile device.

Top Ribbon

Add Asset

Create an asset by clicking on the Create Asset icon.

Upload a CSV

Click the Upload CSV icon to upload a CSV file and bulk create inventory.

Filter Inventory

Click the Filter icon to select criteria to filter inventory.

Export Data

Click the Inventory Data Export icon to export inventory attribute data as a CSV file.

Access Data Management

Click the Data Management icon to edit asset schema.

Folder Structure

Create, organize, and view your information (e.g., equipment, materials, assets, etc.) in folders.

Rows Per Page

Rows Per Page lists the total inventory within the folder. You can click the dropdown to adjust how many rows you can see per page.

List View | Map View

List View

Click on List to view inventory in a list view.

In list view you are able to identify and organize asset items by name, type, status, etc.

Map View

Click on Map to see the inventory in the selected folder via Map View.
