Minimize Work

Click the Minimize "˅" icon to minimize the inventory item.

More Options

Click the Ellipsis to associate and create work against the inventory item.

Photos

View cover photo associated with work item.

Inventory Name

View inventory name.

Navigation

View directions or begin navigation to the inventory item based on your current location.

Activity

View latest activity of inventory item (i.e., last updated, last work ID, last work date, etc.).

Inventory Detail

View and edit inventory details (i.e., data, identification, classification, etc.)

Menu Bar

Info

Click the Info icon to view inventory detail.

Sub Items

Click the Sub Items icon to view sub items associated with the inventory item.

Work

Click the Work icon to view the work assigned to the inventory item.

Files

Click the Files icon to view files associated with the inventory item (photos, documents, videos, etc.).

Inventory Detail Expanded

View, expand, and edit inventory details (i.e., data, identification, classification, etc.) to view additional information within these categories.

Sub Items

View, add, edit, and remove sub items associated with the inventory item.

Work

View, add, edit, and remove work assigned to the inventory item

Note: Click the Download icon to download work to your device. This allows you to work on this item offline (i.e., airplane mode, no access to data, no access to Wi-Fi, etc.).

Files

View, add, edit, and remove Files associated with the inventory item (photos, documents, videos, etc.).
