Menu Bar | Files

Ensure you have navigated to the Files tab within the Inventory Portal.

Note: Please refer to Mobile | Inventory Detail page on how to get here.

Top Ribbon

All Files

Click the All Files icon to view all files associated with the inventory item.

Documents

Click the Documents icon to view all documents associated with the inventory item.

Photos

Click the Photos icon to view all photos associated with the inventory item.

Videos

Click the Videos icon to view all videos associated with the inventory item.

Add Photos

Click the + icon to open the add photos dialogue box.

New Folder

Click the New Folder icon to create folders within the files tab.

Photos

Click the Photos icon to add photos.

Photo Options

1. A pop-up window for photo options will appear.

2. Determine if you would like to choose an existing photo on your device, or take a new photo using your device camera.

Note: Authorization from your device settings may be required.

Close Window

Click the X icon to cancel photo upload.

Save

Click the Save icon to save photo upload.

Tools

Download

Click the Download icon to download the photo as is to your device.

Share

Click the Share/Export icon to share the photo as is to other devices (via AirDrop) or apps.

Clear

Click the Clear icon to clear any text, icons, or drawings made on the photo during this session.

Crop

Click the Crop icon to crop the photo.

Icons

Click the Photo icon to insert icons.

Draw

Click the Pencil icon to draw or sketch on the photo.

Text

Click the Type icon to add text to the photo.

Save

Click Save to save the photo to the inventory item files.

Edit Photo

Once the Photo is saved, you can add a photo title and description.

More Options

Click the Ellipsis icon to open the more options prompt.

With more options, you can edit the photo, mark it as a cover photo, or delete it from the files.
