If you need technical assistance with Canvas, PCC’s learning management system at any time during the course, or to report a problem you can contact PCC’s 24/7 Technical Support Center at http://online.pasadena.edu/canvas-support.
You can get in-person help on-campus at the D Building Learning Assistance Center. Tutors at the center are trained to help students with CANVAS and its tools.
It is also helpful if you let me know what kinds of difficulties you encounter so that I can change the course for future students so they don't have the same issues.

Pronto is absolutely the best way to get a hold of me during the semester. Pronto is a communication tool, NOW integrated into Canvas that can be used for real-time instant messaging chats (both one-on-one and with groups), one-on-one and group video chats, as well as file-sharing in Canvas.
You can access it through the Global navigation menu when working in Canvas through the Desktop Browser on Google Chrome. You can also Download the Pronto mobile app to get the full Pronto/Canvas experience.
Pronto is a great way to get a hold of me. Pronto can be used to send a message to your whole class, to specific individuals or just to one person or just to your teacher, privately. Here are some helpful links;

If you would like to address an issue one-on-one, there are several options, a few of which will be mentioned here, and these and more options will also appear in Canvas. One option is to write a private message.
