Fash111B offers students an opportunity further explore concepts introduced in Fash1A, Fash002, Fash021, Fash110, Fash009. Fash005, Fash1B , and Fash124. Students will improve and expand upon the portfolio from Fash111A by further developing their aesthetic and visually representing their artist statement. Fash111C focuses the development of a professional-quality portfolio and reparation of a resume. Students design and create sample garments to be shown in the portfolio. Normally, Fash111C students would attend an internship to observe and experience on-the-job practices. If you are not comfortable going to an internship and/or if it is not possible to intern in the fashion or costume industry this term, we will find other creative ways to explore career opportunity and gain experiences to work towards you goals of transfer and/or future employment in apparel and related industries.
