About Me

I've been working within the Halifax Regional Centre of Education for 16 years. I've worked as a teacher for 6 of those years, and a school counsellor at the high school and elementary levels for the remaining 10 years. I very much enjoy what I do, as I love working with young people and helping support them to be their best.

I am an advocate for students and their families, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns, or if I can offer some resources and/or supports. Referrals can be made by parents, students or teachers. After a student is referred consent must be signed by the child's parent or guardian before I can commence counselling sessions.
