What is a Zine?

A zine is a small-circulation self-published work of original or appropriated texts and images, usually reproduced via photocopier.

A "zine" is a small DIY publication about a topic an artist is passionate about.

Students were asked to create a Zine that that related in any way to their COVID-19 quarantine.

Zines Allow artists to easily share their work with others! Print is power.

Angelina chose to make her Zine about the the coping mechanisms that helped her through the COVID-19 quarantine.

Will chose to make a Zine about the shows that were entertaining during the COVID-19 quarantine.

Kai chose to make his Zine about the game Animal Crossing. This is one of the things that kept him entertained during the COVID-19 quarantine.
