All students have the right to learn in a place that is safe and free from distraction. In our classroom, students are allowed every opportunity to succeed both academically and behaviorally. We provide a highly structured learning community where both academics and behavior are closely monitored in a postivie, encouraging and supportive environment. 

The Pointe employs a discipline policy germane to the alternative education setting. Therefore, our daily classroom routine is grounded in a simple set of classroom values:

*Follow instructions first time given.

*Focus on self.

A continuous emphasis on personal responsibility holds students accountable for self-monitoring and taking ownership of their actions. Strides made in personal responsibility translate into greater success academically.
