Take a look back at the 2022 GROW Handbook for an outline of all GROW training requirements and programs to ensure you are fully prepared for your GROW experience. Please ensure that you have shared back any learnings you may have received from any of the other GROW Programing with the rest of your team such as:

• Coaching Calls : March and April GROW Coaching

• Live Sessions: GROW Kickoff & Orientation; Safety Training; Team Dynamics (including conflict navigation); Project Management; Cultural Norms & Competencies; and a Pre-GROW Final Gathering
