Am I at increased risk of COVID-19 because I am on a specific DMT?

This is the so called million dollar question, which everyone has an opinion about; at the moment there are no right and wrong answers.

I have tried to capture the important attributes of the licensed and emerging DMTs in the table below. I hope it is self explanatory. This is not evidence-based and represents my opinion based on scientific principles, i.e. how the immune system functions, the mode of action of the different DMTs and their pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. I have also added a column on the right that discusses some attributes of the classes DMTs and theoretical considerations that may affect DMT decision-making during the pandemic.
