The GIM Journal of Management invites articles on Management and related topics, which are expected to enrich the current corpus of knowledge. The Journal also solicits research based articles and papers that reflect orginal research for Publication. The managerial implications should be highlighted towards the end of the article.

1. The Articles can be submitted individually or jointly with a maximum of three authors only
2. The Articles should have a cover page containing the Title, Author's Name, Institution of affiliation with full of address and E-mail address.
3. An Abstract of the article not exceeding 100 words must be submitted along with the main article.
4. Each Article shall not exceed fifteen pages including the text (4000 WORDS), graphs, diagrams, charts, text and be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 in double space.
5. The Tables, Graphs, Results of the analysis, Statistical / Mathematical notations may appropriately be taken to appendix.
6. The references should be serially numbered and taken to the end of the article in the appropriate format.
7. The Contributors are requested to upload the article and scanned copy of duly signed copyright and declaration form in the submit manuscript page.
8. Each article must be accompanied by a duly signed declaration by the author for authenticity, originality and non violation of any copyright.
9. The Articles sent for publication should not have been already published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
10. Every manuscript should be labeled as being :A) An Empirical paper B) A Conceptual Paper C) A Case Study D) A Book Review
11. Tables should be numbered consecutively. The title of the table should be placed above the tables. The source should be indicated at the bottom. Please provide table(s) as real table(s) with rows, columns and cells. Each piece of information should reside in its own cell.
12. Figures should be numbered consecutively. Wherever necessary, the source should be indicated at the bottom. The figures should also be given relevant titles.
13. All tables, charts, graphs, diagrams should be black and not in color. The images should be of high resolution and in black and white only. Number and complexity of such exhibits should be as low as possible. All charts and graphs should be drawn facilitating easy comprehension.
14. References should be included at the end of the paper. References and citations should be complete in all respects and arranged in alphabetical order.
15. Display formulas and mathematical equations should be numbered serially. Equations should be typewritten
