My two main goals of which I want to focus on this year are: aiming for a GPA of 14.5 as well as being more active. In my opinion, both of these goals are important for myself since I value balancing both studying and free time (which also means getting up and doing something physical, not only sitting in one spot on a device).
I believe that due to the fact that im gradually approaching years 11 and 12, I should use my time more wisely and focus on studying more, in preparation for these upcoming tests and assignments of which I must take more seriously within the future.
As for doing more physical activities, I believe this would be good for my health as well as a break in general, allowing myself to relax and have something that could take my mind off of the work, assignments and studying I have been doing - a win-win!
<------ Google document on resources and planning of both goals
This document shows my original planning and goals of which are clearly set out, following the questions of who would be able to help me reach the goal, what resources I would need in order to help aid towards fulfilling this goal, as well as brainstorming possible barriers that I may encounter throughout the time between now and the end of this year, and things that I could do to overcome these barriers in order to counteract these problems.
Further down the document, I have also included pictures of my mind maps as well as timelines for both of my goals.

<---------------- Mind Map for reaching a GPA of 14.5
This extensive mind map includes the potential people who could help me achieve this goal: teachers, friends, peers and self motivation. It also brainstorms the types of resources that may be needed: workbooks, notes, textbooks, planners/calenders, online resources. Last but not least, it also shows additional ideas of which I could do to prevent some of the barriers which could stop me from accomplishing this goal of getting a GPA of 14.5.
Mind Map for being more active ------------------>
The main areas of which are plotted within the mind map are the motivations that may be needed i.e. someone to accompany with in order to go outdoors more often, potential places (fun) I could go in order to promote activeness, for example, walking. I also brainstorm the people I may need in order to aid with keeping up with my goal as well as the resources and counteracts to barriers which may prevent me from achieving this goal, such as checking the weather forecast beforehand.
<----------------- Timeline for reaching a GPA of 14.5
On the left, is a timeline with the span of a year, for my goal of reaching a GPA of 14.5 and it is split up into four terms. I gradually increased the GPA goal that is set for each term individually in order to attempt to set a steady
increase grade-wise, since this cannot be achieved right away. By term 1, I want to reach a GPA of 14, for term two, 14 or higher. As for term 2, a GPA of at least 14.14, but should be higher and for term four, reaching the GPA of 14.5, if I study and concentrate hard enough during my lessons as well as during my study sessions at home.
Timeline for being more active -------------------->
As for the timeline of my second goal: being more active, I made it a weekly timeline - which should be about the same for every week, onwards. On Monday to Friday, I am ensured to be active, due to school - since I had to
constantly be finding my classes, therefore walking throughout the school, as well as walking around the oval with my friends at recess and lunch times. As for Saturday and Sunday, I want to find time towards myself, in order to be able to be active and walk around my neighbourhood or a similar idea to that, or even make plans with my friends if we're all free at the same time. Due to the fact that I have a nearby park, I could spend some time there with my family/siblings and I also visit my grandparents house every Sunday, so that helps to achieve my goal consistently each week.
