Mission Control

ACT I – The One Who Stepped In

Every great team has a moment when the pace picks up, the details multiply, and the mission starts moving faster than ever.

That is when you find out who can truly step in and keep everything together.

When Brittany Staverman joined the PTA team, she did not ease in slowly. She stepped right into the flow of things and never missed a beat. Meeting after meeting, task after task, detail after detail, she brought the kind of calm, steady presence that every organization hopes for but never takes for granted.

No fanfare.
No hesitation.
Just action, follow-through, and a quiet kind of leadership that immediately made a difference.

ACT II – The Work Behind the Work

Some superheroes are easy to spot.

Others are the reason the mission runs at all.

As PTA Secretary, Brittany helps capture the story of each meeting through notes, keeps agendas moving toward the next step, and helps shape the rhythm of what comes next. Drafting, compiling, revising, reviewing, coordinating before the meeting, following up after the meeting — she is there in the work behind the work.

And that is only the beginning.

Brittany also serves as our Parliamentarian and leads our Nominating Committee, helping keep both process and progress moving in the right direction. She keeps an eye on deadlines, missed filings, next steps, and the many moving pieces that could easily slip through the cracks if no one were watching closely.

In other words, she is not just wearing multiple hats.

She is running the whole hat factory.

ACT III – The Backbone of the Mission

Every strong team needs someone who brings order to the noise, clarity to the process, and momentum to the mission.

For our PTA, Brittany has become exactly that.

As a Greathouse parent with a third grader, she has already made an incredible impact through her thoughtfulness, dependability, and willingness to serve wherever she is needed most. Her work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere.

She helps hold the threads together.
She helps keep the mission on track.
She helps make sure important work actually gets done.

And for that, we are deeply grateful.

There are only so many ways to say thank you for volunteers like this.

But today, we say it clearly:

Thank you, Brittany Staverman, for being such an important part of our PTA team.

Some heroes take the spotlight. Others make sure the spotlight turns on right on time. Brittany is one of those heroes.
