October 2025 Recap 

🏃‍♂️ Roar & Raise Fundraiser & Fall Festival Success

What a month! Our Lions roared louder than ever — raising over $23,000 through the Roar & Raise Fundraiser and Snack Shack! 🎉
Families capped off the campaign on October 24 with outdoor fun, prizes for top classes, and our Fall Festival Under the Lights — complete with games, inflatables, Trunk-or-Treat, a Reflections art display, and a beautiful Cultural Performance by the Heritage of India Foundation.
🙌 Thank you to our amazing sponsors and volunteers who made the evening unforgettable!

🍿 Snack Shack Highlights

Two weeks of daily sales kept smiles (and snacks!) flowing. Funds support student incentives, classroom needs, and campus improvements.
Huge thanks to our volunteer crew who restocked, served, and cheered every day!

🎨 Reflections 2025 – “I Belong…”

Our students poured creativity into every medium — from dance and photography to art and writing.
Entries were displayed during the Festival, and judging is underway for school-level recognition. Winners will advance to the District PTA competition at KMAC Museum in November. 👏

❤️ Red Ribbon Week Spirit & Kindness

Students pledged to lead healthy lives and make safe choices through daily themes, puzzle activities, and red-tastic spirit wear. Our Lions showed that being drug-free and kind is the coolest trend of all!

🧩 Math in Action Challenge

October kicked off our Math in Action program with record participation and creative problem-solving.
Congratulations to our top scorers — and to every Lion who joined the fun!
➡️ Next round continues this month — keep those brains buzzing!

👻 Room Parties & Harvest Celebrations

Classrooms were alive with costumes, crafts, and snacks on October 31.
Thank you to our room parents, teachers, and families for creating safe and joyful memories for our students.
We’ll carry that energy into the December Holiday Parties!

💛 PTA Dollars at Work

Thanks to your support, PTA funds this month powered:
🍩 KY Kids Day Donuts & Glow Party – $750
🛼 Skate Night Prizes & Rink – $1,000
🌈 Volunteer & Event Supplies – $250

Every expenditure follows KY PTA and Redbook guidelines — keeping student experiences our first priority.
