Week 1

Warm Up

Welcome Back!

Did you all have a good break?

Have a go at this 5 Minute Move warm up to get your body ready for exercise.

Activity - gross motor skills - Balancing, rolling and throwing.

You will need -

1. An unobstructed and safe area.

2. A small ball, socks folded into a ball or cuddly toy.

3. A target to aim at - some shoes, a folded towel or a pillow.

4. Lots of energy!!

With a partner, have a go at the Times Tables Squat Challenge.

Start with a timestable which you are comfortable with and then challenge yourself.
