TCGIS Langlauf-Team

Welcome to the TCGIS Nordic! If you want to get outside this winter, be part of a long Minnesota tradition and have fun with your friends, join our team! We welcome 5th – 8th graders of all skiing abilities.

Before registering, it is important that you review the participation requirements and other team information (click on the drop-down menu above). While we are a fun and laid-back team and welcome all skill levels, there is still a level of commitment required from students and parents.

For runners: There is no winter track in high school. All your friends will join the ski team, so learn now. :)

Team News

Registration

Registration for the Nordic Ski Team takes place on Infinite Campus between October 1-15, 2025. The registration fee is $200. Payment for equipment rental and a trail pass (for skiers ages 13 and older) are made separately in November or December.

Scholarships are available. Contact Athletic Director, Herr Tabsiz, before you register.

New for the 2025-2026 Season

Practice days will be on Monday and Friday (with a few random Tuesdays and Wednesdays added to the schedule to make up for the couple of Mondays and Fridays during the season that students don't have school). Battle Creek does not allow high school races on Mondays and Fridays and therefore these are the preferred days of the week to have practice.
Battle Creek is the primary practice location.
