If you are chaperoning a new BC, you are not the host. Think of it like this - you got a substitute for your quiz, but you're watching them work to make sure they're doing it right. 

To prepare for a chaperone night, do the following:

You are there as emergency backup only - if there's an AV failure; if the host no-shows; if they throw a fit and storm out in the middle of Round 3, then you can take over.

Please note: Chaperone nights are NOT a required part of the training process. The training team will decide whether or not to schedule a New BC for a Chaperone night based on the feedback received from Training Nights 1 and 2.
